Isn't it annoying when you are driving and suddenly your windows get foggy? In the summertime, this can happen frequently when it rains and you are running your AC on full blast. The outside temperature is muggy and much warmer than the inside of your car. During a summer shower, moisture gets introduced into the air rapidly and your car’s interior can't adjust as fast so….. FOG HAPPENS. You may try to wipe the windshield quickly but then there are smudges left on the inside of your windshield...go ahead, let out a big sigh.
Every driver may experience this, so if you like green products, there is an eco-friendly spray solution you can make yourself to defog your vehicle's windshield and keep it fresh.
Here are the ingredients you will need to create your defogging formula:
- Heat 1 cup of water until it is about to boil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the hot water. (The water and vinegar create a solution that will help keep your windshield fog-free for at least a month!)
- You can add 10 drops of essential oil into your hot water and vinegar solution for a fresh scent.
- Use a funnel to add the mixture into a spray bottle.
- Then use a lint-free cloth to apply to your windshield.
And there you have it! A quick and eco-friendly spray solution to keep the fog off of your windshield! Be safe out there and call me for your next new car purchase.
